Do I have to sign up for a Kutch Handicrafts account to buy something on your website?
You do not have to create an account on kutchhandicraft.com when you place an order, and can simply proceed as a Guest Shopper. However, there are several future benefits for signing up with us!
Will you share my information with others?
No. Kutch Handicrafts values the privacy of your information. We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our website or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside sources.
What are the sizes Kutch Handicrafts cater to?
We cater to small, medium, large, XL, and XXL for most of our clothing range. Please refer to the “find your size” on our website where we have suggested basic measurements for chest, hip, waist and shoulders. Note that we provide a margin of about 1” to 1 ½” inches in all our garments so you can choose to alter them, if required.
What are wash care instructions for garments?
We provide wash care and instructions on all our garment labels. We recommend that the first wash of any garment be dry-cleaning. You can also wash the garments with alum in cold water. Never dry them in direct sunlight. Please use mild detergents while washing any garment. Silk gajji dupattas, stoles and garments should be dry-cleaned only. Colours may run or rub a little as all garments are hand block printed and are natural colours.
Can I save what I like without buying?
Yes, you can save the products you like in your favorites list instead of buying them at the same time.
Do you provide any warranty and guarantee on products?
Yes, we provide warranty or guarantee on the products according to their categories.
Is there any cancellation policy?
Yes, you can request for cancellation till the time the payment is not made.
How many options are available to make payment?
You can make the payment via online modes of payment including Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Wallets, UPI transfer
How do I request for a return?
There is a tab available to place a return request for every product.
How long does it take to deliver any product?
The product gets delivered as soon as it is ready to ship. It will take 3-5 working days.
